Observation

Has not had a fire marshal inspection annually or completed the inspection herself on the state fire marshal form. Furnace room is full of materials and they not 3 feet from the furnace. Materials to include toys and various items are on top of the furnace, beside the furnace, and next to the furnace. The furnace is enclosed in the wall under the stairs by a door. Carbon Monoxide Detector is not working, would not beep, provider stated that it needs batteries and she will get some. Smoke detector tested and it works, smoke detector is new as reported by the provider.
